Perkins Loan Service Center

Appalachian State University is pleased to announce that, as of October 1, 2008, Educational Computing Systems, Inc (ECSI) will handle our Perkins loan billing including payment processing, entitlement processing and Perkins Loan Exit Counseling. Please note that ECSI is a billing service and not a collection agency. ECSI offers convenient features including online access to your account information. PLEASE NOTE REGARDING PERKINS EXIT INTERVIEWS:

If you are graduating, you will receive a letter at the end of the semester from ECSI giving you the information needed to begin the On-Line Exit Interview Process.
