Spring midterm bills will be emailed and mailed on March 12. Spring charges must be paid for students to be eligible to register for summer and fall terms. Students/parents may monitor the account by going to "Account Detail by Term" thru AppalNET ("See Account Inquiry" link to the right).
Your bill now shows a summary of all charges and payments on the student's account. To view detailed account transactions, see instructions on the Account Inquiry page.
Your financial aid will summarize under the Payments and Credits column. Certain types of Financial Aid will be "MEMO" items until it arrives and is ready to post to your account. These items will reduce the balance due on the first Fall bills. In mid August, all "MEMO" items will expire. When they expire, if the loans and scholarships they represent have not arrived at ASU, your account balance may increase and the balance will be due on the due date of the next billing.
Students, will not be able to register for summer sessions or the fall semester or get a transcript until the account is paid in full. (University Policy)
