Account Inquiry
STUDENTS:
Students will access detailed account information by logging in to AppalNET and going to "Self Service" tab, then to "Student Services" tab, then the "Student Accounts link", the "Account Detail by Term" link, and select a term. Account detail will display for that term and show an account balance, Memo Financial Aid, Authorized Financial Aid, and a net balance on the account. (Credit card payments may be made for that term by using the "Pay Now" button)

PARENTS:
Parents may view account detail if the student has granted "Parent Access" to them. Once access is granted, parents will log into the "Parent Portal" link to see the same Account Detail by Term available to students.
Parents must have been given the six digit "pin" number selected by the student on the "Parent Access" page. The student's nine digit Banner ID and the student provided pin number will allow access. Once logged in, select the term and click "submit." All transactions (charges, payments, and financial aid) on the student's account will be displayed by the term you selected in the "drop down" box. Credit card payments may be made by using the "Pay Now" button.
FEDERAL PRIVACY LAWS REQUIRE THE PARENT ACCESS TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE ACCESS WILL BE ALLOWED. THE STUDENT ACCOUNTS STAFF WILL CHECK PARENT ACCESS INFORMATION BEFORE DISCUSSING ACCOUNT DETAILS WITH A PARENT OR OTHER DESIGNEE BY PHONE OR IN OUR OFFICE.
